Terms of Trade                                                                                                                                                          Individual orders require cleared payment before shipping. Approved account holders - Please pay on invoice, no statement issued. Payment strictly due by 20th month following invoice. Firm sale only, no ‘sale or return’ available. Official numbered order form required for schools and libraries. Discount offered off RRP*: schools 10%, Libraries 20%, Trade 40%. Freight extra. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable (*Recommended Retail Price). Romalpa Clause applies; Pasifika Press retains ownership of all sold goods until paid for by the customer.                                                              

Shipping & Returns                                                                                                                                                          Orders are promptly processed with tracking.            

(Domestic) We select the best value option for each transaction from either “Pass the Parcel”, “NZ Post” or “Courier Post”.
(International) Please contact us via email for relevant freight charge.                                                           

If a book is received faulty or damaged, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement copy to be sent.
